A grounded way back to yourself.

Elise Baumann is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of The Unveiling. She works with high-functioning women who are tired of carrying the emotional weight of everyone around them while quietly losing touch with themselves.

Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based care and lived understanding of the patterns that keep capable women overextended: perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-responsibility, and the belief that being needed is the same as being loved.

Through The Unveiling, Elise offers educational tools and honest conversations to help women understand the pattern, tell the truth, establish boundaries, and return to self-trust. This is education and personal growth support, not therapy or a substitute for mental-health treatment.
